We keep it real, simple and natural.
The best quality raw materials are picked in September from different regions of Lebanon which means we get a wide variety of products while supporting the local Lebanese agriculture scene.
First, apples are washed with treated water in order to eliminate all forbidden materials. Second, apples are showered with cool potable water to complete this washing process.
All previous cleaned apples are crushed and pressed in order to get a pure fresh and natural apple juice.
At this stage, the fresh apple juice is collected and taken through 2 processing lines:
The juice line: the fresh juice is pasteurized.
The cider vinegar line: the fresh juice is fermented with the mother under monitored conditions.
At the end of the line the pasteurized juice and vinegar are filled in recycled bottles using hot filling and cold filling methods respectively.
We have put in place a food safety management system that complies with the ISO 22000 Conditions.
Our bottles are made of glass that is 100% recyclable for infinite times; can be used in any condition of contact with food.
